We have done over 400 cooking classes/demos across the U.S over the last 12 years, as well as taught at Celiac Conventions , New York Fancy Food Show, Wisconsin State Fair, and have been invited to teach at the American Diabetes Association Expo in Chicago and the Chicago Flower and Garden Show.
Teaching our signature series, “Easy Recipes for the Busy Family.” often brought requests for a cookbook and in 2013 we published our first cookbook, “Shake, Splash and Eat: Shockingly Simple Recipes!”
Cafe Latte Coffee House and Eatery was located two stoplights from the World’s Largest Legoland, located in Winter Haven Florida.
We retired from the restaurant in 2015 to focus on the olive oils. The first cookbook features recipes that were the customers favorites, that serve 1 or 2 people and are prepared in 3, 5 and 7 minutes. Currently we are working on our second and third books.
