Can’t sleep? Easy Delishioso night time night cap

Ok so you are exhausted and your body is ready to sleep and just when you lay down, your brain says,”let’s stay up and a visit for awhile!!”. OMG, go to sleep already, nut no matter what you tell your brain, it ain’t listening.  So. Grind 1 tablespoon of fresh nutmeg in 1/2 cup boiled water and let it steep 10 minutes and then drink this, “night cap”, 30minites before bedtime.  Or warm some almond milk up and sprinkle the nutmeg on top and SIP away. Soon your brain will be saying, “night night buttercup”.
