Anti inflamitory foods we should all eat.


We all know what it feels like to go out to dinner and eat your favorite fried foods and other “goodies”. Then wake up in the morning feeling stiff and swollen. Here is a list of foods that cause inflamation and then add all the MSG that is pumped into prepared foods. After all that gunk its no wonder we swell up like a Christmas pig. Or at least feel like one. Where have you eaten when you feel that way the next morning?
