Easy frittata with Vigoa splash olive oil





Super fast fritata. 1/2 zucchini sliced thin 1/4 sweet onion sliced thin 1 handful baby spinach raw 1 T original canary island garlic and herb olive oil “Vigoa splash” A.) Add Vigoa splash to pan with onions, zucchini, and spinach saute 3 minutes till al dente cooked. B.) Add 2 eggs and scramble till done. C.)
